Weekly schedule with time blocks from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Activities include IOP (Intensive Outpatient) sessions, ADIS once monthly, and early intervention, with Blacked-out sections indicating no activities.

Our Leadership Team offers expert Program Development services to strengthen organizational capacity and improve service delivery across sectors.

Outpatient Treatment

Our outpatient program offers continued recovery support for individuals transitioning from residential substance use treatment. Designed to provide high-level care in a flexible setting, this program helps participants maintain momentum in their recovery journey while reintegrating into daily life. With a focus on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and individualized support, we empower clients to build lasting, sustainable foundations for a healthier, substance-free future.

 

Therapy

Our Individual and Group Therapy services utilize Cognitive Behavioral Health techniques to support healing, growth, and long-term recovery. We guide participants through a structured RII approach:

  • Recognize maladaptive thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns

  • Identify core challenges, personal strengths, and healthier alternatives

  • Implement practical tools for change, resilience, and emotional regulation

Those struggling with life’s challenges whether related to trauma, substance use, relationships, or emotional wellness. You can connect with a Professional Leader who will walk alongside them on their healing and or recovery journey.

Our therapy model is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in the facts that healing is possible and sustainable with the right tools and support.

 

Relapse Prevention

We support individuals in recovery by equipping them with a diverse set of tools, strategies, and coping methods designed to prevent relapse and promote long-term wellness. Our approach emphasizes practical skill-building, personal empowerment, and ongoing support, helping participants stay grounded as they work toward healthier, more stable lives.
